About Vinyasa Flow Yoga


Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga, which draws on Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga systems. Vinyasa Flow means co-ordinating the breath and movement in a creative flow, which becomes a moving meditation. It is adaptable for any class or individual, with every ‘pose’ having modifications and variations to make it accessible for people with a wide range of mobility, strength and experience.
