About me

Alison Partridge

I’m a qualified Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga teacher and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I have been practising yoga for many years, and in March 2014 trained to teach yoga with Yoga London.

I have spent most of my career working in social care, and have a particular interest in taking yoga to people who might think they ‘can’t do yoga’. I believe that yoga is for everyone and everyone can benefit from it – whether looking to increase physical strength, flexibility, balance or posture; to emotionally de-stress and find stillness; and/or to use yoga as a route to deeper meditation.

I teach classes of all sorts, to people of all ages and I am registered with Yoga Alliance at Chartered Level 1 UK RYT 200. I am also a qualified Chair Yoga teacher (Yoga Vista Academy), and a qualified Yin Yoga teacher (White Space Studio).

  1. I hope you find something that suits you, Max – I can certainly recommend yoga – and Seated Yoga allows people recovering from illness/injury, and those with disability/mobility issues, or people with age-related issues, to get the benefits of yoga too. Good luck! Alison

  2. Alison is an amazing yoga instructor. She creates the perfect ambience for a challenging yet restful class. I have dabbled on the fringes of yoga for many years and think she is the best.
